About WeBox/Saltalk
WeBox (previous Saltalk) is a startup and an e-commerce platform for corporate meal solutions, including individual meal service, group catering, and office pantry service. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, WeBox serves more than 200 company clients with three logistics and operation hubs (San Francisco, Belmont, and Santa Clara).
What I did
Rebranded the platform from Saltalk to WeBox. Worked as a product designer , collaborated with multiple teams, including the engineering team, operation team, field sales team, and product owner (CEO). I led the revamping of WeBox platform, improved internal tool, and designed new features to deliver value to both customers and internal users, and thus increased revenue.

User Needs: End users are unsatisfied with the current menu page; some features, including filter & search, are not user-friendly and hard to access.
